Our recirculation heater is designed for use with the ofuro (Japanese style bath.) This heater will maintain the temperature of an ofuro or bring it a little hotter. It is a simple electric heater with a pump and a tub side switch. The components are small and can fit in a small space. This heating system requires only two small holes for suction and return - we use a nice polished brass fitting for each. Pump: 14" long, 6" wide, 8" tall - 1/8 hp 120volt. Heater: 8" long, 3" wide, 6" tall - 1.5 kw 120volt. Requires 120volt, 20 amp circuit with GFI breaker.
