We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, money order or personal check for payment. Personal checks will need time to clear prior to shipment. Our products are warranteed. All sales final.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made after shipment are subject to shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee. For custom orders we require a 50% deposit to begin work. If a custom order is cancelled before work is started on the tub, we will refund the full amount minus any parts ordered or expenses incurred on the customers behalf. If the order is cancelled after work has begun on the tub, the 50% deposit is not refunded.
